PayGate, MOU with Cryptocurrency Exchange of Hanbitco

PayGate (Soyeong Park, CEO) announced that they have signed MOU with Hanbitco (Jihan Kim, CEO) for a further cooperation.
Hanbitco, Cryptocurrency Exchange in Korea, owns ISO 27001 and is one of the 12 major Exchanges that passed self-regulatory review from Korea Blockchain Association.

PayGate’s Fintech platform, “Seyfert,” in security compliance with ISO 27001 and PCI DSS Level 1, provides open API for 250 companies such as P2P Lending, Crowd funding, O2O, online shopping mall and remittance business.

Through the cooperation with MOU, PayGate will lead in their technology of “Seyfert Multisig Hardware Wallet” and personal authentication to “PlutusDS,” developed by “Hanbitco.” Besides, both of the two corporations decided to develop the new solution for Virtual currency and Blockchain closely.

"We will endeavor to create a safer environment of Cryptocurrency transactions for Hanbitco members through the cooperation this time," said Soyeong Park.

Jihan Kim, CEO of Hanbitco and the vice-chairman of Korea Blockchain Association, said, “We now pay much attention to the the safe environment of exchange business. We form an internal security team, which is composed of security experts such as ISMS and PIMS auditors. We would like to provide a safer environment through this cooperation as well.”
